PROYECTO DE INTEGRACIÓN COROCAM A PEDIDO

VMI COMBINED IR AND CORONA IMAGING CAMERA FOR USE IN FIXED MOUNTED APPLICATIONS

The CoroCAM 8 VMI is intended for use in fixed mounted applications. The fixed mounting can be to a vehicle mounting kit or a wall bracket.

  • Vehicle mounting is useful in conditions where the environment is not conducive to handheld camera inspection, i.e. deserts, snowy terrain or high voltage areas.
  • Wall mounting is useful in condition monitoring of critical assets, i.e. substations, converter rooms, etc.

The CoroCAM 8 VMI comprises the VMI Pan & Tilt Unit and the payload module which in this case is fitted with a CoroCAM 8 type module. The unit shown has the standard UV & Visible channel and two radiometric FLIR thermal IR cameras (1x with a Narrow FOV lens & 1x with a Wide FOV lense). Using a combination of cameras & sensors makes it possible to do various types of inspections at the same time, saving time and effort.

FEATURES:

Unique Features

Low profile pan and tilt unit | Vehicle mounting kit allows for quick installation & removal | Combined UV/VIS & Radiometric IR imaging Payload | Controlled from remote controller or PC using CoroBASE 2 Image Database and Analysis Software | Simple & powerful user interface | High resolution video recording | Translucent UV overlay | Onboard GPS | LED Spotlights

  • Easy operation of the pan & tilt unit and camera payload from within CoroBASE Analysis and Reporting software remote control module
  • A high sensitivity UV detector, which can detect UVc light at 2.05×10-18 W/cm2, this allows for the detection of the smallest corona discharges
  • A 9Hz (or optional 25Hz) Radiometric IR camera module
  • Manual or Auto Exposure of Visible and IR cameras, UV Gain is manually set
  • Resizable UV & IR Intensity sampling rectangle. IR can report Max, Min or Average in rectangle
  • UV overlay colors has 6 pre-sets or 100 selectable hue levels
  • UV overlay Translucency control
  • UV Threshold, Integration & Noise Reduction control
  • 14 IR color palettes
  • Manually adjustable Emissivity from 0.5 to 1, with lookup table
  • Syncronised Smooth or Stepped Zoom of all 3 camera channels. IR & UV channels are digitally enlarged, visible is zoomed optically to minimum FOV, then digitally enlarged
  • Manual or Autofocus for the Visible channel, UV and IR channels has manual focus or can be synchronized with the Visible channel
  • Integrated GPS with internal antenna
  • The On Screen Display (OSD) shows all the relevant information
  • Onboard still image, video and radiometric data recording in high quality formats
  • Meta data recorded with radiometric information consists of camera settings, measurement values and manually entered environmental variables – distance, air temperature, air pressure, ambient humidity and wind speed
  • Integrated LED Spotlights
  • Camera software update via internet connection
  • A 15 Month warranty
